The Grand Canyon 3V-PIL-24 24-Inch Natural Gas 3V Pilot Assembly is the OEM NG pilot assembly used in Grand Canyon’s 3V battery electronic (MVKEI) control systems. This 24-inch pilot is designed to work with the Dexen 6003V 3V valve and GM6KA ignition module, providing a stable pilot flame that allows 3V battery-powered on/off operation by remote or wall switch.
In Grand Canyon’s 3V configurations, the 3V-PIL-24 is paired with the appropriate natural gas orifice, regulator, and burner to ensure proper flame characteristics on NG systems. It is intended as a direct replacement for the original pilot assembly on compatible Grand Canyon 3V/MVKEI burner kits and should only be installed by a qualified gas technician, following the burner and control manuals and all local codes.

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors, in an outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room (e.g., two-/three-season rooms) by a professional. Stainless finish will brown/age with use.
Athena Stainless-Steel Fire-Pit & Fireplace Burners
5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed by a professional (indoor, outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room). Stainless finish will brown/age with use.
Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)
2-year warranty for indoor installations; 1-year for outdoor. Coverage applies only when used with Grand Canyon burners and logs. ODS pilot assemblies carry a 1-year warranty.
