The Grand Canyon 3V-PIL-24-P 24-Inch Propane 3V Pilot Assembly is a factory LP pilot assembly used in Grand Canyon’s 3V battery electronic (MVKEI) control systems. It is the propane-configured counterpart to the standard 24-inch 3V pilot used with the Dexen 6003V 3V valve and GM6KA ignition module, providing a stable pilot flame for 3V battery-operated on/off systems.
In Grand Canyon’s 3V systems, the pilot assembly works with the LP regulator (LP-VAL) and 3V propane pilot orifice (LP-PIL) to ensure proper gas flow and ignition performance on liquid propane. This 24-inch pilot is intended as an OEM replacement for compatible Grand Canyon 3V/MVKEI burner kits configured for propane, and should only be installed by a qualified gas technician following the original burner and control system manuals as well as local codes.

Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)
