The Grand Canyon 36-Inch Rectangular Drop-In Pan with H Burner (DIP-REC-36) is designed for custom outdoor fire pits and fire tables that need a clean, built-in look. This 304 stainless steel pan drops into a properly sized cutout, creating a defined fire area that helps contain media and shield the burner from direct exposure to the elements. Built from outdoor-rated 304 stainless steel, the DIP-REC-36 is part of Grand Canyon’s Outdoor 304 Stainless Steel Drop-In Pan series, engineered for long-term use in exterior environments when properly installed and maintained. The welded construction is intended to stand up to heat, weather, and regular use, making it a solid choice for high-traffic patios and entertainment spaces.
This rectangular drop-in pan is meant to be paired with the appropriate gas supply components and orifices for natural gas or liquid propane, along with your installer-selected key valve, flex line, and ignition system. Use it as the foundation for your custom fire feature, then finish with approved fire pit media such as lava rock or glass as specified by your installer and local code.
