The Grand Canyon 720-070 Electronic Gas Valve is an OEM replacement electronic gas valve used in the 712-017 200K BTU Heating Kit (non-lockout) for Grand Canyon electronic ignition systems. The 712-017 kit is cataloged as a 200K BTU heating kit for EIS / EIS-Outdoor electronic ignition systems, and this valve is specified as the dedicated gas control valve for that assembly.
Intended strictly as a service part, the 720-070 valve should only be used to replace the original factory valve in a 712-017 kit or equivalent Grand Canyon configuration. Installation, setup, and any gas pressure adjustments must be performed by a qualified gas technician following the EIS/712-017 documentation and all local codes.

Athena Stainless-Steel Fire-Pit & Fireplace Burners
5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed by a professional (indoor, outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room). Stainless finish will brown/age with use.
Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)
2-year warranty for indoor installations; 1-year for outdoor. Coverage applies only when used with Grand Canyon burners and logs. ODS pilot assemblies carry a 1-year warranty.
