This High Capacity Safety Pilot Kit provides a reliable standing-pilot ignition and manual flame-safety solution for vented gas log burners. The kit includes a durable cast-body gas valve, a matched pilot burner assembly with thermocouple, and all necessary brass fittings for a secure, leak-free installation. A protective metal shield box is included to house and protect the valve components inside the fireplace.
Designed for high-BTU applications (up to 142k BTUs), the system maintains a constant standing pilot and automatically shuts off the gas supply if the pilot flame is lost. The included hardware package provides everything needed for proper mounting and connection, offering a straightforward upgrade for users who prefer manual control with built-in safety redundancy.
