The Grand Canyon High Capacity Weather Beater 500K BTU Electronic Control System (GAS-HC-WBECS) is a factory electronic ignition package designed for larger outdoor Grand Canyon fire features. Built around the Weather Beater platform, it is rated up to 500,000 BTU/hr and is intended for use on properly sized Grand Canyon burners and fire pit applications that require a high-output control system.
This assembly is supplied as a complete electronic control system and is designed to be installed and serviced by a qualified gas professional in accordance with Grand Canyon’s instructions and local codes. Burner, media, and external controls (such as remotes or wall switches) are ordered separately according to the specific outdoor project.

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors by a professional; 1-year warranty when installed outdoors. Paint/finish is not covered. Assembled Systems (ASM) have separate burner vs. control warranties.
Domestic Stainless-Steel Gas Log Burners (-SS; excluding controls)
Lifetime warranty when installed indoors, in an outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room (e.g., two-/three-season rooms) by a professional. Stainless finish will brown/age with use.
Athena Stainless-Steel Fire-Pit & Fireplace Burners
5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed by a professional (indoor, outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room). Stainless finish will brown/age with use.
Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)
2-year warranty for indoor installations; 1-year for outdoor. Coverage applies only when used with Grand Canyon burners and logs. ODS pilot assemblies carry a 1-year warranty.
