The Grand Canyon Jumbo Burner is a heavy-duty vented gas burner system engineered for large, front-view wood-burning fireplaces and oversized Grand Canyon log sets. Available in 36-inch, 42-inch, 48-inch, and 60-inch burner sizes, the Jumbo series is built for high-output applications, with BTU ratings from approximately 150,000 to 230,000 BTU/hr depending on burner length and gas type. Designed strictly for fully vented, non-combustible fireplaces with the damper fixed open, it recreates the broad, full flame pattern of a large wood fire while maintaining the convenience of gas.

Each Jumbo burner is built on a robust steel pan with integrated burner tubes sized to match Grand Canyon’s largest log sets, including the Jumbo Arizona Weathered Oak and Jumbo Slimline Arizona Weathered Oak families. The burner is supplied as a burner kit, typically including the Jumbo burner assembly, lava rock, glowing embers, flex line with fitting, and a damper clamp, so installers have the core components needed to connect to a properly sized key valve or compatible control system (sold separately). Logs are not included; the burner must be paired with an appropriately sized Grand Canyon log set and installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the Jumbo/Jumbo Slimline installation manual and all local codes.

Because of its high BTU capacity and large footprint, the Jumbo Burner is intended for substantial masonry fireplaces that meet the minimum opening dimensions listed in the manual’s front-view sizing chart. When installed correctly with a matching Grand Canyon log set, it delivers a tall, expansive flame presentation suitable for statement fireplaces in great rooms, lodges, or large residential hearths where a standard burner would be undersized.
