The Grand Canyon SR1001TH-1-GC Skytech Variable/Thermostat Remote & Receiver is a replacement remote and receiver kit designed for compatible Grand Canyon gas log and burner systems that use a Skytech variable/thermostat control. This kit provides wireless operation of the fireplace, allowing users to turn the burner on and off and adjust flame output or temperature from the handheld remote, rather than accessing the valve directly.

Supplied as an OEM-style service component, this variable/thermostat remote and receiver is intended to replace a lost, damaged, or non-functioning original set. It should be installed and programmed according to the control system instructions and used only with compatible Grand Canyon/Skytech-equipped burner and valve assemblies.
Refractory Gas Logs

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors; 5-year warranty when installed outdoors. Normal color change from use is not covered.

Fiber Products (Cannon Balls, River Stones, Fiber Logs)

5-year warranty indoors; 2-year warranty outdoors. Normal color change from use is not covered.

GlowFire™ Logs

Ceramic-fiber construction. Lifetime warranty indoors; 2-year warranty outdoors. Normal color change from use is not covered.

Domestic Standard Gas Log Burners (coated steel; excluding controls)

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors by a professional; 1-year warranty when installed outdoors. Paint/finish is not covered. Assembled Systems (ASM) have separate burner vs. control warranties.

Domestic Stainless-Steel Gas Log Burners (-SS; excluding controls)

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors, in an outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room (e.g., two-/three-season rooms) by a professional. Stainless finish will brown/age with use.

Athena Stainless-Steel Fire-Pit & Fireplace Burners

5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed by a professional (indoor, outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room). Stainless finish will brown/age with use.

Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)

2-year warranty for indoor installations; 1-year for outdoor. Coverage applies only when used with Grand Canyon burners and logs. ODS pilot assemblies carry a 1-year warranty.
