The Grand Canyon 620-402 Transformer 12–24V is a replacement low-voltage power transformer used with compatible Grand Canyon control systems and electronic ignition components. Designed to step incoming line voltage down to a 12–24V operating range, this transformer supplies the control power required for select ignition modules, valves, or Weather Beater/EIS-style systems. It is intended as a service part when the original transformer fails or is damaged, allowing a technician to restore proper low-voltage power delivery without replacing the entire control package.

Athena Stainless-Steel Fire-Pit & Fireplace Burners
5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed by a professional (indoor, outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room). Stainless finish will brown/age with use.
Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)
2-year warranty for indoor installations; 1-year for outdoor. Coverage applies only when used with Grand Canyon burners and logs. ODS pilot assemblies carry a 1-year warranty.
