The FT-WBECS-12VHSI Hot Surface Ignition for Grand Canyon Weather Beater System is a dedicated hot surface ignition (HSI) component designed to work with the Grand Canyon Weather Beater electronic control system. It provides automatic, electronic lighting for compatible outdoor fire features, replacing or upgrading the ignition portion of the Weather Beater setup so the burner can be lit reliably without a standing pilot.

Intended as a replacement control/ignition part, this hot surface module is used when the original Weather Beater ignition component is damaged, worn, or requires service. When installed by a qualified gas technician in an approved Weather Beater application, it helps restore dependable starts and consistent performance for Grand Canyon outdoor fire pits, fire tables, or burners that use the Weather Beater platform.
Refractory Gas Logs

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors; 5-year warranty when installed outdoors. Normal color change from use is not covered.

Fiber Products (Cannon Balls, River Stones, Fiber Logs)

5-year warranty indoors; 2-year warranty outdoors. Normal color change from use is not covered.

GlowFire™ Logs

Ceramic-fiber construction. Lifetime warranty indoors; 2-year warranty outdoors. Normal color change from use is not covered.

Domestic Standard Gas Log Burners (coated steel; excluding controls)

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors by a professional; 1-year warranty when installed outdoors. Paint/finish is not covered. Assembled Systems (ASM) have separate burner vs. control warranties.

Domestic Stainless-Steel Gas Log Burners (-SS; excluding controls)

Lifetime warranty when installed indoors, in an outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room (e.g., two-/three-season rooms) by a professional. Stainless finish will brown/age with use.

Athena Stainless-Steel Fire-Pit & Fireplace Burners

5-year warranty against manufacturer defects or breakage when installed by a professional (indoor, outdoor fireplace, or outdoor-type room). Stainless finish will brown/age with use.

Valves, Pilots & Electrical Components (excluding batteries)

2-year warranty for indoor installations; 1-year for outdoor. Coverage applies only when used with Grand Canyon burners and logs. ODS pilot assemblies carry a 1-year warranty.
